Summary: The role of Enterprise Architect - Payments Fraud involves developing and evolving the bank's technology architecture specifically within the fraud domain, focusing on complex applications related to payments fraud and risk assessment. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to implement strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The architect will lead and motivate diverse teams, assess new technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in balancing technical solutions with business needs and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, evolve, and implement the bank's technology architecture and strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Enterprise Architecture teams and developers, to provide subject matter expertise.
- Lead and motivate diverse teams to align business and technology strategy and standards.
- Assess new technologies to address current and future business needs.
- Determine optimal solutions while balancing compliance, governance, security, and funding requirements.
- Monitor and analyze application performance, resiliency, and stability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify industry developments impacting operations.
- Support engineering and architecture community initiatives to mentor team members and streamline operations.

- Experience in the banking domain, specifically in fraud management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- TOGAF certification.
