Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business and technology leaders, including C-suite stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and shape architectural direction
- Translate market, operational and business realities into pragmatic technology solutions
- Provide market-informed perspective on PAS, vendor positioning, and ecosystem capabilities
- Support solution shaping across underwriting, placement, policy administration and claims

- Comfortable leading meetings, workshops, and executive discussions
- Business-facing and collegiate in style
- Strong working knowledge of London Market operating models and ecosystem

- Knowledge of PI, Retail/SME, Large Commercial, and Specialty lines
- Experience with end-to-end life cycle: placement through to claims
