Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business and technology leaders, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and shape architectural direction.
- Translate market, operational and business realities into pragmatic technology solutions.
- Provide market-informed perspective on PAS, vendor positioning, and ecosystem capabilities.
- Support solution shaping across underwriting, placement, policy administration and claims.
Key Skills:
- Professional, consultative approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading meetings, workshops, and executive discussions.
- Strong knowledge of London Market operating models and ecosystem.
- Familiarity with central services and market bodies (e.g., Bureau, Lloyd's processes).
- Understanding of slips, binders, facilities, multinational programmes, and various insurance lines.
- Knowledge of digital concepts such as auto-quote and self-serve.
- Experience with market platforms like PPL, Whitespace, Acturis, iMarket.
- Insight into vendor realities and PAS landscape.

This is a strategic, business-facing architecture role - ideal for someone who combines strong insurance domain knowledge with pragmatic architectural thinking.
You will:
- Partner with senior business and technology leaders, including C-suite stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and shape architectural direction

- Vendor realities vs positioning (PAS landscape, LM vendor capabilities, etc.)
