Summary: The role of Enterprise Architect involves providing architectural guidance to a Council client in Greater London, focusing on transforming and streamlining customer access and applications. The position requires contributing to the design of the Target Operating Model and ensuring a cohesive architectural approach across digital changes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a cohesive architectural approach in the design of digital changes across workstreams.
  • Produce high- and low-level detailed designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work to improve customer service and resident experience through robust Enterprise Architecture.
