Summary: The Enterprise Architect - IT Systems role focuses on strategic BSS architecture and leadership within a hybrid working environment in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define long-term vision for internal systems including billing, order management, product catalogue, CPQ, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Create end-to-end architectures at scale with business and product stakeholders.
  • Lead Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives across Tier-1 telecom operator environments.
  • Manage architectural decision-making and design transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Engage with enterprise software vendors as strategic partners and negotiate technical implementations.
  • Drive adoption roadmap for process automation and establish architectural practices that scale.

  • Strategic BSS Architecture & Leadership
  • Strategic BSS architecture: defining long-term vision for internal systems including billing, order management, product catalogue, CPQ and customer lifecycle management - with deep understanding of data models, processes and how these support business operations
  • Proven experience creating E2E architectures at scale with business and product stakeholders
  • Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation at scale across Tier-1 telecom operator environments
  • Leads architectural decision-making and design transformation initiatives across the organisation
