Summary: The Enterprise Architect - IT Systems role focuses on defining and leading the strategic architecture for internal systems within a Tier-1 telecom operator environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term vision for internal systems including billing, order management, product catalogue, CPQ, and customer lifecycle management.
- Create end-to-end architectures at scale with business and product stakeholders.
- Lead transformation initiatives for Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Manage architectural decision-making and design transformation across the organization.
- Negotiate technical implementations with enterprise software vendors and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Drive adoption roadmap for process automation and establish architectural practices that scale.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in strategic BSS architecture and leadership.
- Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in software development or systems engineering.
- Proficient in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.

- Proven experience creating E2E architectures at scale with business and product stakeholders
- Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation at scale across Tier-1 telecom operator environments
- Leads architectural decision-making and design transformation initiatives across the organisation
