Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, publish, and maintain enterprise reference architectures and technology standards.
- Lead modernization planning efforts to transition legacy systems to cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
- Architect and oversee integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and Azure.
- Design secure, scalable cloud solutions aligned with organizational security frameworks, federal regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Skills:
- Six (6) years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree, or ten (10) years of professional information technology experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Experience in application development and modernization initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining enterprise reference architectures and technology standards.
- API design and secure system integrations.
- Cloud solution architecture, preferably within Microsoft Azure.
- Creating and executing technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.
- Certifications such as TOGAF 9.x, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Salesforce Certified Application Architect are preferred.
- Experience in public-sector or regulated IT environments.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms, particularly Appian.
- Experience with Salesforce, geospatial systems, or regulatory data standards.
