Enterprise Architect

Summary: The Enterprise Architect will play a vital role in establishing high-quality enterprise architecture foundations by analyzing the existing technology landscape and aligning it with business capabilities. This position requires engaging with stakeholders to validate findings and presenting insights to senior leadership. The architect will also support the prioritization of a significant project portfolio based on capability alignment and recommend improvements for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the client’s existing technology landscape
• Develop and document a clear, visual representation of the current-state architecture
• Identify capability gaps, technology overlaps, and potential risks or inefficiencies
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders to validate findings and ensure accuracy
• Present architectural landscape and findings to senior leadership in a clear and digestible format
• Develop and align a business capability map with the current technology estate
• Support the prioritisation of a 106-project portfolio using insights from capability alignment
• Recommend areas of improvement within the architecture to enable strategic decision-making
