Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritise changes required to enable effective and timely delivery
- Lead and influence the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that support organisational transformation
- Own enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps across business, technology, and data, including as-is, to-be, and transition states
- Provide architectural consultation and enable collaboration across business and technical teams
- Understand the wider organisational ecosystem, including dependencies and reference architectures
- Take a strategic, enterprise-wide view across architectural domains, portfolios, and programmes
- Guide business, technology, and data decisions by promoting reuse, sustainability, scalability, and reduced risk
- Define and maintain architectural principles, policies, and standards
- Assure alignment between enterprise architecture strategy and delivery through active stakeholder engagement
- Develop, mentor, and grow the enterprise architecture community
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging industry trends, risks, and opportunities
