Summary: The role of Enterprise Architect involves working strategically across the organization to translate business strategy into effective change and technical delivery. This senior position requires leadership in business, technology, and data domains to ensure timely delivery and value for money. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritise changes required to enable effective and timely delivery
- Lead and influence the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that support organisational transformation
- Own enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps across business, technology, and data, including as-is, to-be, and transition states
- Provide architectural consultation and enable collaboration across business and technical teams
- Understand the wider organisational ecosystem, including dependencies and reference architectures
- Take a strategic, enterprise-wide view across architectural domains, portfolios, and programmes
- Guide business, technology, and data decisions by promoting reuse, sustainability, scalability, and reduced risk
- Define and maintain architectural principles, policies, and standards
- Assure alignment between enterprise architecture strategy and delivery through active stakeholder engagement
- Develop, mentor, and grow the enterprise architecture community
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging industry trends, risks, and opportunities
