Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps and target states (“as-is”, “to-be”, transitional).
  • Identify and prioritise enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Lead architectural decisions across multiple domains and programmes.
  • Establish and govern architecture principles, standards and policies.
  • Advise on reuse, scalability, sustainability and value for money.
  • Assure alignment of business, technology and data decisions to EA strategy.
  • Conduct horizon scanning (industry, technology, policy trends).
  • Build and develop the architecture community.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and mediate complex architectural discussions.
