Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement architecture for Legacy App Modernization projects.
  • Transition legacy applications to cloud-native Java applications on Azure.
  • Manage iterative go-lives while handling legacy and new applications in parallel.
  • Collaborate with customers to finalize technology stacks and tools.
  • Utilize BRE Tools, Cloud Readiness Tools, and DevSecOps tools.
  • Drive transformation blueprints and architecture roadmaps.

  • 20+ years in software architecture and enterprise-level solution design.
  • Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, and modern frameworks.
  • Strong experience in microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Event Bus).

Job Description - HANDS-ON Architecture definition and implementation experience on a Legacy App Modernization project. Legacy App could be Visual Basic / Oracle Forms / Power Builder / Old Java Monolithic Apps. Modernized App should be a Cloud Native java Application on Azure Platform Should have ground level experience on Iterative Go-Lives, managing Legacy & New App in parallel in meantime Should have personally worked with BRE Tools, Cloud Readiness Tools, DevSecOps, Code Companion Tools such as Github Should have working experience with Customer to finalise technology stack & tools after comparing options and their pros and cons. 20+ years in software architecture and enterprise-level solution design. • Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, and modern frameworks. • Strong experience in microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Event Bus). • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and DevSecOps tools. • Nice to have experience in technologies and platforms like OutSystems, Salesforce, Altryx and other similar platforms • Experience with CAST, vFunction, and other modernization accelerators. • Deep understanding of database migration strategies and cloud-native data platforms. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Ability to define and drive transformation blueprints and architecture roadmaps
