Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Enterprise Architectural strategies and leading design authorities.
- Implementing architectural governance.
- Leading enterprise architecture for large-scale cloud hosting in Azure and GCP.
- Leading enterprise design across Data, Digital, Security, and Technical domains.
- Proficiency in Secure by Design principles and IT security documentation.
- Demonstrating knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
Key Skills:

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking an Enterprise Architect. This position is for an initial 12-month contract assignment, with the possibility of extension.
Location: London
The ideal candidate will hold an active security clearance and have a strong background in Enterprise Architecture, along with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in developing Enterprise Architectural strategies, leading design authorities, and implementing architectural governance.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise architecture for large-scale cloud hosting, specifically in Azure and GCP, within high-security government Tier 2 environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, including IAM, identity federation, cryptography, network segmentation, and high-assurance gateways.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise design across all domains, including Data, Digital, Security, and Technical areas.
- Proficiency in Secure by Design principles and IT security documentation, including policies, standards, processes, procedures, and patterns.
- Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, as well as SABSA and TOGAF.
