Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead teams.

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise IT systems as part of a large-scale business transformation programme. You’ll play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms across Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM, while driving seamless integration and establishing best-in-class enterprise architecture practices. There are a lot of moving parts which require a person who is highly experienced in dealing with fast moving programmes with strict deadlines.
Key Experience Required
- 7+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture, with deep expertise in Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM systems
- Strong integration experience is needed
- Broad understanding of enterprise architecture domains, including identity, networks, workplace/device strategy, and hosting
- Experience delivering large-scale integration and migration projects in fast-paced environments (e.g., retail, media, technology, PE-backed businesses)
- Project accounting experience for Oracle Financials
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools
- Experience with regulatory compliance, data governance, and security best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
