Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformation programmes

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF essential)
  • Experience across business, data, application, and technology architecture
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern integration patterns
  • Experience with legacy-to-modern transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Able to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Public sector or healthcare programme experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of interoperability, shared services, and data integration (desirable)
  • Prior consultancy background (desirable)

A specialist management consultancy is supporting a major public sector healthcare transformation programme in Jersey and is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architecture leadership across enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a senior, programme-level role suited to an Enterprise Architect comfortable operating at C-suite level, shaping long-term target architectures while ensuring delivery aligns with regulatory, security, and operational requirements typical of healthcare and public sector environments.
