Enterprise Architect

Summary: The Enterprise Architect role involves leading a team of architects across infrastructure, applications, and cyber security domains to define and evolve enterprise-level architecture designs. The position requires translating business requirements into secure and scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The architect will engage with senior stakeholders, providing strategic direction and governance in architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Architects across multiple disciplines (Infra, Apps, Cyber).
• Defining, maintaining, and evolving enterprise-level conceptual architecture designs.
• Translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective architectural solutions.
• Providing strategic direction on on-premise infrastructure strategies.
• Embedding Secure by Design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensuring architecture and solution designs comply with NIST controls and internal policies.
• Collaborating with Information Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Leading architectural governance forums to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Establishing and maintaining an architecture governance model.
• Acting as a design authority in major programmes.
• Influencing and advising senior client stakeholders on architectural decisions.
• Preparing and presenting complex technical arguments clearly.
• Monitoring emerging technologies and driving innovation in architecture methodologies.
• Mentoring solution architects, engineers, and junior team members.

Key Skills:

• Experience in enterprise architecture roles in complex, regulated environments.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, application, and cyber security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework and Secure by Design principles.
• Proven experience leading architecture governance in large-scale transformation programmes.
