Summary: The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the technical architecture of end-to-end Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Services, ensuring alignment with customer enterprise architecture and standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical architecture of Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Services.
- Interact with Customer Enterprise Architect to align services with reference architecture and guidelines.
- Manage large technology implementations, migrations, and deployments.
- Handle applications and infrastructure architecture discussions with customers.
- Develop a vision and roadmap for Infra, Cloud & Security Services.
- Proactively suggest innovative technical and service solutions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and policies.
- Research and develop new solutions to meet business requirements.
- Select tools for service delivery performance measurements.

Responsible for the technical architecture applied for the implementation of the end to end Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Services (Wintel, Linux, DB, Storage, VWware, Citrix, Microsoft, Workplace, Office 365, Cloud, Security, SIEM etc.) Interacting with the Customer Enterprise Architect to ensure that the Services the Provider delivers are aligned with the reference architecture, architecture guidelines, principles, policies, and technology and service standards. Experience in large technology implementation, migrations & deployments Experience in coexistence or similar scenarios during company separation for seamless access to parent enterprise services Must have expertise in handling Applications and infrastructure architecture discussions with customer Develop a vision and roadmap for the Infra, Cloud & Security Services as directed by the customer that address the changing business and technical needs. Proactively bringing new and innovative technical and service solution suggestions to the customer, as required and defined in the Agreement. Ability to ensure that services and technology are compliant with internal and external rules and policies. Strong capability to research and develop new solutions to meet business requirements for technology and service architectures. Ability to understand and select tools to implement the service delivery performance measurements required for performance management. Training and experience in IT Enterprise Architecture including The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). 12+ years of experience in the Services and technologies for a small & large sized organization. TOGAF training would be desirable. IT technical certifications would be desired related to the in-scope components, tools, and services. A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
