Key Responsibilities:
- Document and roadmap IT estate data models and entities.
- Design and lead the IT data strategy for data flow across all IT systems.
- Ensure security, integrity, durability, and performance of data.
- Log and audit transactions to necessary levels.
- Collaborate with the BI Manager to understand BI team requirements.
- Responsible for end-to-end design of solutions for the Risk and Data Program.
- Manage, coach, and motivate teams in a matrix management environment.
- Advise on appropriate solutions based on Microsoft Azure Data products.
- Work closely with Business Improvement and BI teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft technologies (Azure/Dynamics/M365).

The Primary Skills & Experience/responsibilities are as follows:
- Document and roadmap IT estate data models and entities, including for the client’s web application (used by their customers), Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (internal), clients Register (public web site), and other internal data models, including the client’s Microsoft Azure based CDM (Common Data Model) and SDM (Semantic Data Model).
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to design and lead the IT data strategy - the flow of data from ingress into client system through use / retention / deletion to egress, across all IT systems, including those above, and additionally integration with Microsoft 365 Dynamics Finance (internal) and other systems.
- Ensure the security, integrity, durability and performance of the data.
- Ensure that transactions are logged and audited to the necessary levels.
- Work with the BI Manager to understand the BI team’s requirements
- Responsible for end to end design of solutions contributing to the client’s Risk and Data Program
- Expertise managing / coaching / motivating teams in a matrix management environment.
- Strong in-depth of knowledge/Experience in Microsoft technologies (Azure/Dynamics/data model/M365)
- Ability to advise on appropriate solutions based on the Microsoft Azure Data product stable (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Fabris, Data Bricks, Synapse Analytics (Formerly, Azure Power Platform, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Cosmos DB, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
