Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the target architecture for core banking transformation
- Lead migration planning from legacy platforms to modern cores
- Advise and challenge the SI, ensuring alignment across engineering, risk, security, and ops
- Communicate effectively at ExCo/SteerCo level – simplifying complexity, making decisions, and driving alignment
- Engage across Product, Technology, Ops, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory stakeholders
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, with deep experience in Core Banking
- Proven leadership on at least one full end-to-end core replacement or carve-out
- Strong grasp of payments, ledgers, data, resilience, security, and regulatory demands
- Broad, vendor-agnostic knowledge of legacy and next-gen core platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with the credibility to influence at executive level
