Key Responsibilities:
- Push the data resiliency agenda across the business.
- Analyze data flow from source to destination across the technology landscape.
- Identify and address data resiliency issues on middleware components.
- Ensure data integrity and recovery capabilities against potential threats.
- Collaborate with teams to improve data resilience in banking or insurance sectors.
Key Skills:
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in data resilience roles.
- Expertise in batches, messaging queues, third-party data connections, and encryption.
- Knowledge of data recovery, backup, data vaulting, and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of payments, cards, pensions, insurance, and market operations.
- Technical knowledge of FCA, PRA, EBA guidelines on operational resilience.
- Strong enterprise technical architecture background.
- Familiarity with Service Now and TOGAF.
