Summary: The Enterprise Agile Coach will join the Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence to facilitate the transition to scaled agile practices within the organization. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams to improve processes and efficiencies while implementing agile methodologies. The coach will also play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategy for product delivery across the enterprise. The position requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of agile frameworks, particularly in a software delivery context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate learning and development through one-on-one and team coaching and training.
- Coach Journey Leadership in SAFe practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down.
- Effectively communicate SAFe principles and practices and overall operating model across the organization.
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures to drive continuous improvement across teams.
- Maintain a fact-based perspective on issues and apply agile principles to understand root causes.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Agile certifications such as SAFe SPC, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in a software delivery environment.
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
- Ability to connect with all levels of an organization.
- Technical fluency to work effectively with processes and workflows.
- Emotional intelligence to understand the impact of choices on people and workflows.
- IT-related undergraduate degree preferred.
