Our global CATI presence allows us to engage with diverse markets and demographics through conversations led by our expert Telephone Interviewers. With this capability, we reach respondents across geographical boundaries, ensuring research insights are globally relevant. Each month, we conduct thousands of interviews with consumers and B2B audiences, focusing on ‘Hard-to-Reach’ groups such as high-calibre professionals, senior management, scientists, specialists, policymakers, KOLs, and other top-tier opinion leaders. We currently operate three CATI locations globally, with over 200 interviewers covering 32+ languages.
