Summary: The role involves managing Agile Scrum processes for SAP S/4 HANA delivery specifically for retail clients. The Scrum Master will facilitate team collaboration, prioritize the Product Backlog, and ensure adherence to Agile principles while managing risks and issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for the Programme
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products
• Manage and prioritise the Product Backlog
• Run daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives
• Manage blockers that are impacting delivery
• Identify, manage and escalate Risks and Issues relating to the delivery
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certification in Agile methodologies - eg CSM or PSM
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum meetings
• Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
• Relationship management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
• Capable of dealing with both business and technical team members
