Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and reactive works on building services.
• Diagnose and repair faults on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, fans, belts, and filters.
• Maintain steam boilers as per OEM specifications and conduct daily checks.
• Carry out routine PPM on mechanical and electrical plant according to site task schedules.
• Complete reactive tasks and proactively suggest improvements.
• Remedy plant faults and defects to maintain serviceable order.
• Ensure availability of suitable spares for maintenance and reactive works.
• Complete relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works on the CAFM system.
• Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for safe working practices.
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment, including wearing uniform and PPE.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors during maintenance tasks.
• Action and complete assigned tasks with appropriate H&S awareness.
• Comply with contractual KPIs/SLAs and keep systems updated.
• Complete any other tasks as directed by management.
