Engineering Technician – Temporary approx. 6 months (Pennybridge) (Multi-Skilled Electrically Biased, Shift Position) As an integral part of the multi skilled engineering team, your responsibility will be to optimise the performance of automated production filling and packing machinery and ancillary services. Working closely with production colleagues you will ensure that equipment is properly set and maintained; monitoring performance and carrying out fault diagnosis and running adjustments/repairs as necessary in a fast paced fresh milk production environment. Your job will include:
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvement projects

Desirable Criteria: Candidates should have significant, recent and relevant experience to the role, ideally at least 3 years post apprenticeship. Candidates should have undertaken an engineering apprenticeship/training programme with an electrically biased qualification and be mechanically proficient. Hours of Work: 41.5hr per week on 8-week rota cycle, working 6 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights split out over the cycle (normally 4 x 12hr days in row with exception of one week at 5 days that includes a 9hr Saturday).
