Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical handling and automation equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults to restore equipment functionality
- Support inspections, system testing, and minor repairs independently or alongside senior engineers
- Accurately log work completed using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Assist in root cause analysis of recurring faults and recommend practical fixes
- Follow health and safety procedures and operate access equipment where needed (including working at height)
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, field service, or technical support (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled)
- Basic understanding of automation systems, conveyors, or control panels
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow structured procedures
- Comfortable working at height
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
- Preferred: Experience with PLC fault finding
- Prior work in warehouse automation or logistics equipment maintenance
- Engineering NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities
