About You

You will be a technically skilled and hands-on engineering professional, ideally having completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or holding an equivalent technical qualification. Your communication skills will enable you to work closely with academics, project teams, external partners and visitors, ensuring their needs are understood and delivered to a high standard. Adaptable and highly organised, you will thrive in a varied environment where priorities can change quickly. You’re capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing your workload to meet deadlines and support multiple stakeholders. Health and safety will be second nature to you — you’ll understand its importance in engineering and be confident guiding others to work safely.
