Key Responsibilities:
- Manage several active engineering projects, ensuring successful on-time delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and review project teams’ activities using process knowledge and risk management.
- Define specific technical objectives with teams regarding product function, cost, quality, and validation plans.
- Liaise effectively with Engineers, Product Managers, Sales, Quality, Testing, and International Manufacturers/Suppliers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of project processes.
- Adapt to fast-paced change management scenarios and flexible project scopes.
Key Skills:
- Technical degree in Engineering or similar industry-based experience.
- Proven experience managing engineering or product development projects on a multinational scale.
- Strong IT/Presentation skills, including proficiency in MS Project and standard MS applications.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to negotiate with internal customers and teams.
- Fundamental understanding of the mechanical product development process.

How the role will make an impact: To lead the business through an implementation of an advanced product quality planning techniques into existing projects with close liaison with the engineering, quality and product management departments.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Joining an evolving engineering team, you will report to the Engineering Project Management Lead and be working in a dynamic, global and multi-project environment. You will manage several active engineering projects. Plan, coordinate and review project teams’ activity using process knowledge, risk management and product understanding ensuring successful on time project delivery. Ensure the specific technical objectives are correctly defined with the teams from the start of all projects in respect of product function, cost, quality requirements, technical risks and validation plans.Actively and efficiently liaising with Engineers, Product Managers, Sales, Quality, Testing, International Manufacturers/Suppliers and any other function with key deliverables in the project. You will be a leading contributor to the continuous improvement and development of project processes, applying lessons learned and ensuring lean project delivery. Be comfortable with fast paced change management scenarios, custom project setups and flexible scoping of work.
