Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high-quality delivery of technical stories while working with scrum teams.
- Responsible for story-based design, development & local test and adherence to all coding standards.
- Lead the team into delivery of high-quality code.
- Contribute strongly in all agile ceremonies to maintain high velocity.
- Support the team technically and culturally to achieve all targets.
- Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence; knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration & Delivery.
- Contribute to and design delivery discussions, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Background in development, specifically with Java microservices and API.
- Generate and implement process improvements.
- Hold regular 1:1s with team members and provide clear feedback on performance.
- Foster technical decision-making within the team while making final decisions when necessary.
