Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching on advanced manufacturing programmes in line with Apprenticeship standards.
- Contributing to the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the curriculum.
- Preparing and marking assessments, providing meaningful feedback to apprentices.
- Embedding the delivery of maths and English throughout the curriculum.
- Conducting Apprentice performance reviews and setting high-quality targets.
- Producing reports and data on Apprentice progress and monitoring performance.
- Participating in Apprentice interviews, enrolment, induction, and enrichment activities.
- Developing an inclusive blended learning approach using CANVAS.
Key Skills:
- A teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in developing blended learning resources and delivery on a VLE platform.
- Experience delivering on Aero and Aviation or Advanced Manufacturing Engineering programmes up to Level 4.
- Ability to work as part of a team to develop innovative teaching resources.
- Recent experience of teaching and mentoring.
- Passion for teaching apprenticeship standards in the employer provider sector.
