Summary: The Trainer / Change Coordinator role is a 7-month initial contract position based in Gaydon, focusing on delivering process re-engineering change through training content creation and delivery. The position requires strong project coordination and organizational skills, along with experience in classroom training and Agile methodologies. The role involves managing training materials and ensuring full adoption of processes within the business. Candidates must have valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of process re-engineering change through process-centric training content creation and delivery.
- Measure and control delegates' learning and competency through tests.
- Manage change control of training material in line with process development.
- Provide end/super user support to ensure full adoption by the business.
- Manage the 'currency' of process and methods for all individuals.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships to ensure engagement and ownership.
- Support and work alongside process owners at all levels to address issues and concerns in real-time.
Key Skills:
- Training development and delivery experience.
- Proven experience in classroom training, preferably with a process focus.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Coaching skills.
- Experience of using Jira/Xray.
- Experience of Agile methodologies.
Salary (Rate): £33.88/hr
