Engineering Data Coordinator

Summary: The Engineering Data Coordinator role involves managing the delivery of engineering data to support virtual build and testing activities for automotive vehicle programmes. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the delivery of engineering data (CAD) for virtual build and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain a delivery plan in collaboration with engineering teams to meet programme milestones.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues within the engineering data delivery process.
• Ensure the quality of engineering data aligns with virtual build and test requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key activities and open issues.
• Foster strong relationships with engineering teams to drive collaboration and delivery.

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of automotive engineering content and familiarity with CAD or Bill of Materials.
• Proven experience in managing projects with excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for project reporting and planning.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
