Summary: The Engineering Change Manager at SEGULA Technologies will lead Configuration and Change Management activities for projects in the rail sector, ensuring compliance with established procedures and driving improvements. This role involves managing a team, overseeing Change Requests, and contributing to the overall project lifecycle. The position offers opportunities for personal growth within a consultancy environment. The initial contract is for 6 months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the CCM activities in a project.
  • Applying Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, and templates.
  • Contributing to CCM REX and leading improvements of CCM activities.
  • Verifying compliance with the Configuration Management Plan.
  • Evaluating and approving compliance statements on CCM related requirements.
  • Proposing solutions to CCM related issues.
  • Managing CCM Performance Indicators and actions (PDCA).
  • Managing a team of Configuration and Change Managers when applicable.
  • Conducting Configuration Management activities including identification and management of items under configuration control.
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of Change Requests in cooperation with requestors.
  • Monitoring Change Requests and aligning with project stakeholders.
  • Prioritizing Change Requests and facilitating event management.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in the rail or engineering industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of Configuration and Change Management.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, and Requirements Management.
  • Experience in the entire CCM lifecycle of a Project/Program.
  • Knowledge of CCM tools (e.g. ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Systematic, proactive, and organized with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement of processes and standards.
