Description Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Technological Leadership: In accordance with the company's development strategy, plan the development route of engine process technology, lead the team to conduct cutting-edge technology research, promote technological innovation and upgrading, and improve quality/efficiency.
• Process Optimization: As a process mentor, based on one's own knowledge/experience reserve and the current situation of the industry, and from the perspective of the company as a whole, formulate improvement plans for the existing process standards, process planning schemes, project promotion schemes, process management models, etc., and promote their implementation.
• System-wide Technical Improvement and Capacity Enhancement: Based on the future transformation of intelligent manufacturing, evaluate the capacity of the existing production line system, establish evaluation criteria, determine the direction of technical improvement, and make overall planning for specific implementation plans.
• Talent Cultivation and Team Building: As an industry leader, establish and optimize the talent cultivation system, improve the overall technical level and innovation ability of the team, and build a high-level and high-efficiency professional technical team.
• Standard Formulation: Optimize the technical standards and specifications related to the company's engine process and upgrade the current process technology standards.

Qualifications:

• A. Basic Requirements:
• 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2. Majors: Mechanical, Automotive, Energy and Power.
• 3. Language: Use English for daily communication.
• 4. Working Years and Qualifications: Have more than 8 years of experience in engine process planning and management.
• 5. Software Application: Have the ability to use computer office software, such as Office, drawing software, etc.
• B. Professional Requirements:
• 1. Proactive, have strong communication and expression skills, clear thinking, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• 2. Proficient in engine process development and quality control processes, and able to provide high-quality improvement suggestions in the system process based on problems.
• 3. Familiar with the development trend of international advanced engine process technology, have the design/management ability of engine machining, assembly, and test processes, be able to put forward unique opinions in the above fields, and have practical work experience in successfully leading the team to achieve process technology/management improvement. Those with cross-regional and cross-national technology/management experience are preferred.
• 4. Have strong systematic planning ability, problem-analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• 5. Could optimize/improve the company's existing process technology standards based on one's own knowledge/experience reserve.
