Summary: This role is for an experienced Endur L2 Support engineer based in London, UK, requiring a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office. The position involves supporting key business and technical processes related to the Endur product, with a focus on resolving issues and maintaining business relationships. Candidates should have a strong background in Endur, particularly in the Gas, Power, or LNG markets, and be comfortable working in shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key business and technical processes using the Endur product.
- Provide L2 support with a techno-functional focus, preferably in Front and Middle office.
- Understand and resolve user issues in a timely manner, both in-office and remotely.
- Build and maintain business relationships with management and trading desks.
- Handle major incidents and prioritize issues and tickets effectively.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in a commercial environment.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience using the Endur product.
- In-depth functional understanding of Endur, preferably with Gas, Power, or LNG market experience.
- Experience in 1st/2nd Line support with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in shifts (US/Singapore hours).
- Experience in AWS platform and technologies (nice to have).
- Experience using Azure DevOps for work item management (nice to have).
- Experience with ITRS Geneos platform/application (nice to have).
- Experience in developing APM (nice to have).

Detailed Job Description: This role is for an experienced Endur L2 Support person with proven capability in supporting key business and technical processes including:
- At least 3 years of demonstratable experience using the Endur product.
- Endur L2 with techo-functional type experience, preferably Front and Middle office experience
- In depth functional understanding of the Endur product with preferably Gas, Power or LNG market experience
- Proven experience of 1st/2nd Line experience along with a thirst for growing in this space, and able to demonstrate taking a problem through to resolution
- Working directly with users (in office and remotely) to understand and resolve issues in a timely manor
- Building and maintaining business relationships. Collaborating with business management/trading desks on matters of support, escalation, technical challenges, continuous improvement
- Good understanding of deal lifecycle processes
- Comfortable working in shifts (US/Singapore hours)
- Major incident handling experience
- Utilising experience and bp process to triage and prioritise issues and tickets
- Excellent communication skills and experience gained in a commercial environment, as set out below.
