Summary: The role of Endur Functional Expert involves supporting the Gas Commercial IDT team within a global Energy company transitioning into a future-focused Energy leader. The position requires expertise in Endur, particularly in the Commercial area, to facilitate the end-to-end delivery of systems for managing trade flows. The expert will assess business needs, model processes, and lead business analysis activities while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. This is a 6-month initial contract with a focus on Gas Trading and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Assess risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact.
• Model processes, data flows, and technology to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and update documentation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interact with software suppliers, designers, and developers to ensure business requirements are met.
• Configure and document software and processes using agreed standards and tools.
• Create acceptance criteria and validate solutions meet business needs through testing.
• Lead stakeholder management activities and large design sessions.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control Business Analysis activities on projects.
• Propose improvements and set direction for business analysis activities.

Key Skills:

• Endur experience in the Commercial area.
• Gas specific Endur knowledge and Gas Trading knowledge.
• Commercial Reporting experience.
• Agile project experience and understanding of Agile frameworks and tools.
• 7 – 10 years in IT & team leadership experience.
• 4-year IT Degree.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred (optional).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Self-starter with logical thinking and quick learning abilities.
