Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the portfolio of projects within the Endur function.
• Act as the primary Business Analyst on strategic and regulatory front-to-back initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with IT governance and delivery frameworks.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the Front, Middle, and Back Office to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate complex trading processes into actionable solutions and clear user stories.
• Ensure smooth delivery and release management of Endur-related projects.
• Manage third-party vendors where appropriate and ensure effective delivery oversight.
• Track and escalate project risks, issues, and reporting to senior management.

Key Skills:

• Proven Business Analyst experience within commodities trading, ideally in a physical trading environment.
• Strong trade lifecycle knowledge across Oil, Gas, Power, and LNG.
• Hands-on experience with Endur (Openlink) — implementation or major upgrade project experience is essential.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale IT projects in trading environments.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back trade flow, including risk, PnL, and operations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management, particularly in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
