Summary: As an Endur Business Analyst, you will oversee functional and non-functional changes, ensuring high standards and effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay accountable for cross-vertical changes, ensuring every analysis and set of acceptance criteria meets standards.
  • Manage the backlog in collaboration with delivery and technical leads.
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of all systems and processes in your area.
  • Develop business cases that balance stakeholder priorities, technical direction, cost, and benefit.
  • Partner with Trading, Sales, Middle Office, and Back Office to turn business needs into deliverable requirements.
  • Organise and support user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and ensure everything is signed off before go-live.
  • Monitor projects across the business, identifying risks and dependencies before they become issues.
  • Align with Technical Leads and Solution Architects on roadmaps and annual plans.

Job Description

As an Endur Business Analyst, you will take ownership of both functional and non-functional changes within your vertical, ensuring high standards are met. You will assess the impact of major changes, provide high-level estimates, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, influencing key business decisions. You will manage the backlog, working closely with delivery and technical leads to ensure the highest-value work is delivered efficiently.
