Summary: The Endevor Administrator role involves daily administration of Endevor software, supporting global projects to enhance product compliance with SDLC and DEPL standards, and automating processes to reduce manual effort. The position requires customer liaison to improve incident handling for mainframe developers and integration of Endevor with Jenkins pipelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Endevor administration on a daily basis.
- Lead and support regional and global projects to enhance products in line with SDLC and DEPL standards.
- Analyze and build various automations to eliminate toil.
- Build work for new and existing applications.
- Integrate Endevor with mainframe pipelines on Jenkins (mZooM).
- Provide daytime and out-of-hours support.
- Liaise with customers to transform ways of working and handle incidents.
Key Skills:
- High level of technical administration and consultancy for Endevor software.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Agile and DevOps processes and tooling.
- Strong knowledge of Change management processes and SDLC & DEPL standards.
- Ability to work individually and within a global team.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Wide range of technical skills including Java, COBOL, JCL, IWS, File-Manager, Debugger, DB2, ISPF, CICS, and VSAM.
- Experience with DevOps tooling for code quality checking, scripting, and orchestration.
- Desirable skills include experience with Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, G3/Ansible, DBB, Wazi Deploy.
- Experience in managing operational processes to meet risk and compliance standards.
- Substantial mainframe development/programming experience.
