Summary: This role seeks an experienced Endevor Administrator to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a global team, focusing on mainframe project requirements. The position involves daily Endevor administration, design/build work, customer liaison, and participation in team meetings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high-level technical expertise and the ability to produce quality documentation while collaborating with international teams. Occasional unsociable hours may be required for project coordination.

Job Summary: This Subject Matter Expert (SME) mainframe role is for an experienced Endevor Administrator to add value to the global team to meet specific project requirements. Typical duties will involve:
- Endevor administration on a daily basis
- Endevor design/build work and support for new and existing applications
- Customer liaison and incident handling (our customers are mainframe developers)
- Attending and contributing to regional and global team and project meetings
The ideal candidate will be able to offer:
- A high level of technical administration and consultancy for the Endevor product
- Product and other innovation, based on in-depth knowledge of Endevor and surrounding processes
- Teamwork within a global team and ability to work individually
- Ability to produce high quality technical and other documentation
- Professionalism throughout
Project work will involve coordination and liaison with equivalent teams within the global team across several countries. This may require occasional working at unsociable hours.
