Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement custom telecom solutions and networks.
• Manage network integration and configuration, including NNI/NTD/ONU experience.
• Apply industry frameworks such as SID, e-TOM, TAM, and ITIL to enhance solution designs.
• Act as a bridge between CIO and CTO for solutioning and collaboration.
• Ensure service assurance and understanding of telecom architecture across BSS/OSS/Networks.
• Oversee onboarding of service providers onto the network.
• Create detailed end-to-end solution designs for development and implementation.
• Liaise with component teams and other solution designers to discuss impacts and dependencies.
