Summary: The role of End Point Assessor involves conducting assessments for apprenticeship standards in Retail at levels 2, 3, and 4. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end point assessment activities for Retail apprenticeship standards at levels 2, 3, and 4.
- Assess learners online and carry out assessments as scheduled.
- Plan meetings with apprentices and employers to agree on assessment schedules.
- Write up and report on assessment outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Assessor qualified (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33).
- Experience in the Retail industry as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager.
- Experience as a Retail Store Manager for Level 4 assessments.
- Own equipment, including a laptop and email setup.
- Ideally hold a DBS check on the update service.

Level 4 it is £250
Home based with some travel
Induction and some training given remotely
This role is for Freelance 4 months
Possibility could be extended or become permanent as plenty of work in
Monday to Friday
Seeking someone who can work 3 or 4 or 5 days per week dependent on your availability
8.30 am to 5pm or 9am to 5pm, some flexibility
Located within a 100 miles from North West - Manchester/Liverpool, West Midlands - Central Birmingham/Coventry and London - Central or surrounding areas.

Carrying out assessments with the learners
The appointments will be scheduled for you

Write ups and report assessments
Essential requirements for the role
Must be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33
Must have worked in the Retail industry as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager to cover Level 2 and Level 3.
Must have been a Retail store Manager to cover up to Level 4.
Must have own equipment, using own laptop and set up an email address.
Ideally DBS in place and on the update service
