Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out face-to-face End-Point Assessments across London, the South East, and South West

- Ensuring all assessments are delivered fairly, consistently, and in line with quality assurance processes
- Providing support and guidance to End-Point Assessment teams
- Keeping industry knowledge up to date and completing ongoing CPD
Key Skills:
- A recognised Assessor qualification
- A minimum Level 3 qualification within Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Engineering
- Current, hands-on experience within the RACHP industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the sector
- The ability to assess against apprenticeship standards and provide clear judgement
- A detailed CPD record demonstrating ongoing professional competence
