Role Overview
As the Senior Programme Manager, you will provide overall leadership and vision for the REACH Compliance Programme. Your responsibilities will include restoring programme control, ensuring effective engagement with regulatory bodies, and driving delivery across multiple workstreams to maintain business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the REACH Compliance Programme, establishing robust governance, controls, milestones, and decision-making processes.
- Integrate four key programme branches: materials compliance, business continuity, regulations, and transformation, while actively managing dependencies and risks.
- Drive recovery of a complex programme, fostering clarity, accountability, and confidence among stakeholders.
- Oversee product modification plans to ensure they are delivered in a controlled manner, protecting customer commitments and regulatory compliance.
- Engage effectively with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and professionally managed programme responses.
- Provide concise and clear reporting to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and necessary decisions.
- Build trust and credibility across various communities to secure commitment to programme outcomes.
Experience and Capabilities
- Proven experience in senior programme management within complex engineering, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, or highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing large portfolios or multi-workstream programmes with significant compliance and stakeholder complexity.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance programmes, with direct REACH experience being highly advantageous.
- A track record of maintaining business continuity while managing product or compliance-related changes.
