Our client is a global professional services firm. They are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to support a friendly, dynamic in-house team. The role will focus on varied employment matters, including disputes, investigations, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy processes end-to-end, advising managers and HR on complex matters, and ensuring all actions are compliant with UK employment law. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing, updating and drafting employment policies and staff handbooks in line with upcoming legislative changes expected this year. This assignment requires a confident, hands-on lawyer with excellent judgment, strong communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive issues professionally and independently.
