Summary: This role is for an experienced Employment Law Locum Paralegal to join a busy legal team on a temporary basis. The position involves supporting a dynamic employment law team with a varied caseload, assisting with both claimant and respondent matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, providing essential support to fee earners across various employment law issues. Immediate availability is required for this ongoing position, which may extend beyond June.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with case management from instruction through to resolution
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and tribunal bundles
  • Conducting legal research on employment law matters
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Supporting with Employment Tribunal preparations and deadlines

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in employment law is essential

Employment Law Locum Paralegal - Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Law Locum Paralegal to join a busy and well regarded legal team on a temporary basis.

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail oriented paralegal to support a dynamic employment law team. You will be assisting with a varied caseload covering both claimant and respondent matters, providing key support to fee earners across a range of employment law issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with case management from instruction through to resolution
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and tribunal bundles
  • Conducting legal research on employment law matters
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Supporting with Employment Tribunal preparations and deadlines
