Summary: The Employee Relations Specialist role is a 12-month contract position based in Coventry, focused on managing complex employee relations cases. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout formal processes, from investigations to hearings and appeals.
  • Support or lead absence reviews, disciplinary meetings, and grievance investigations.
  • Use a coaching approach to develop and influence line managers.
  • Conduct risk-based analysis and recommend appropriate case outcomes.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to team projects and undertake additional duties aligned with the role.
