Summary: The Employee Relations Specialist role involves supporting the design and implementation of employee relations strategies and policies within a multinational technology consulting firm. The position requires handling employee complaints and grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to managers on employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and UK employment law, with experience in managing employee relations cases. This is a contract position based in London, starting on 15th June.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Degree qualified in HR or a related discipline
- Previous experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisory or HR Generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

Required Skills/Experience
1.Degree qualified in HR or a related discipline
