Summary: Our client is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role requires proven experience in employee relations, focusing on complex case management and collaboration with HR colleagues. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive employee relations climate and possess strong coaching skills. This position offers a salary range of £45,000 to £52,000, along with excellent benefits and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of experienced ER professionals to manage multifaceted complex cases.
  • Provide innovative employee relations solutions and build relationships across the business.
  • Review and implement contract-related solutions to empower employees and managers.
  • Apply employment legislation knowledge in a business context with integrity.
  • Create and deliver procedures, guidance, and toolkits.
  • Engage in Trade Union activities and internal employee forums.
