Summary: Our client is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a team of experienced ER professionals to manage multifaceted complex cases.
- Provide innovative employee relations solutions and build relationships across the business.
- Review and implement contract-related solutions to empower employees and managers.
- Apply employment legislation knowledge in a business context with integrity.
- Create and deliver procedures, guidance, and toolkits.
- Engage in Trade Union activities and internal employee forums.
