Employee Relations Director, Financial Services
A global Financial Services technology business are currently seeking a Director/Manager level Employee Relations specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract. The role is available on a hybrid basis and requires in-depth ER knowledge across HR and legal.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in complex, global environments
- Confident working in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Background/ knowledge in law, bringing a strong employment law capability
- Experience across the UK, Ireland and European markets.
- CIPD qualified, or equivalent
- Deep HR expertise with demonstrable experience in Employee Relations.
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
