Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior stakeholders and business leaders with complex ER matters and ensure compliance with French employment legislation
- Lead on M&A integration activity from an ER perspective, managing the people related complexities that come with that
- Partner with HR and legal teams to provide expert guidance on employee relations across France and wider European markets where needed
- Travel as required to support the business across different locations
Key Skills:
- Fluent in both English and French with deep hands on ER experience within France
- Strong understanding of French labour law is essential
- Experience supporting M&A integrations within a technology or similarly fast paced environment is ideally essential
- Additional European ER experience across markets such as Germany or the Netherlands would be a real bonus
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing senior stakeholder relationships with confidence

I am supporting a fast moving technology organisation who require an experienced interim Employee Relations Consultant with a strong grasp of French labour law and ER practices. This is a hands on role for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable navigating complex ER landscapes across multiple European markets.
